Image Ownership and Platform Rules
✪ By registering on FindPhotographer, the user confirms that all information provided during account creation is accurate and belongs to them.
✪ Each user may maintain only one account unless expressly authorized by the platform. Duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or removed.
✪ All photographs, albums, profile images, and other visual content uploaded to the user’s panel, gallery, or public profile must belong to the account holder or be used with full legal authorization.
✪ The user must upload only original work or work for which they hold all necessary rights, permissions, and usage authority.
✪ Any editing, retouching, compositing, or post-production applied to uploaded images must have been carried out by the user or under the user’s direct responsibility and authorization.
✪ By uploading content to FindPhotographer, the user declares and guarantees that they are the rightful owner of the submitted material or have the legal right to publish and display it on the platform.
✪ All uploaded images remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. FindPhotographer does not claim ownership of user content.
✪ By publishing images on the platform, the user grants FindPhotographer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, resize, crop, and use such content solely for platform operation, profile presentation, marketing, promotion, and related service communication.
✪ If an uploaded image includes identifiable persons, the user is responsible for obtaining any required model release, consent, or legal permission and must be able to provide proof upon request.
✪ If an uploaded image includes private property, trademarks, artworks, brand assets, or protected locations, the user is responsible for securing any permissions required for lawful publication and use.
✪ Users may not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or property rights, or that violates any applicable law or regulation.
✪ Content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, sexually explicit beyond professional presentation standards, violent, or otherwise harmful to the integrity of the platform may be removed without notice.
✪ FindPhotographer reserves the right to review, restrict, flag, hide, or remove any uploaded content that appears to violate platform policies, third-party rights, or legal requirements.
✪ FindPhotographer may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload unauthorized, misleading, stolen, or policy-violating material.
✪ The user accepts full legal responsibility for all content uploaded through their account, including profile photos, gallery images, album content, captions, and related text.
✪ FindPhotographer is not responsible for technical interruptions, upload failures, data transmission issues, temporary visibility problems, or third-party misuse beyond its reasonable control.
✪ The platform reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these rules and platform policies at any time in order to protect users, clients, and the integrity of the service.
✪ By registering, uploading images, or using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these rules in full.
Format Guidelines
✩ sRGB or Adobe 1998 colour space, 8-bit.
✩ JPG format.
✩ 300 dpi.
✩ The longer side must be exactly 2048px.
✩ No watermarks.
✩ No copyright remarks or logos on images.
✩ Images must be uploaded without borders.
